State of Florida v. R.D.  R.D. was arrested and charged with attempted robbery.  Ms. Borghetti successfully argued to have a MISTRIAL declared.

State of Florida v. D.W.  D.W. was arrested and charged with two counts of sale and possession of cocaine.  Ms. Borghetti defended D.W. at trial and secured a jury verdict of NOT GUILTY on both counts.

State of Florida v. A.F.  A.F. was arrested and charged with retail theft.  At the jury trial, defended by Ms. Borghetti, A.F. was found NOT GUILTY.

State of Florida v. M.J.  M.J. was charged with violation of a driver’s license restriction.  At the jury trial, defended by Ms. Borghetti, M.J. was ACQUITTED.

State of Florida v. C.W.  C.W. was charged with reckless driving. Ms. Borghetti defended C.W. in a trial before a jury.  C.W. was found NOT GUILTY.
